The Avoca Cottages is the only self contained accommodation of it's type, in the township of Avoca, which is the heart of the Pyrenees Wine Region offering has more than 20 wineries to visit.
Rooms
Cottage 1
In a quiet corner of the property, this 1 bedroom cottage, with a Queen Bed, offers the utmost privacy. The spacious open plan kitchen/living area has an attractive vaulted ceiling and full kitchen facilities, including a coffee pod machine. There is a split system, reverse cycle air conditioner in the living area, as well as a panel heater in the separate bedroom. The bathroom has a spa bath, with a shower over it. Sit on the front veranda and enjoy the views and bird life.
Cottage 2
Centrally located, cottage 2 has ease of access and is very spacious.
The open plan kitchen/living area is fully equipped with everything you need, including a coffee pod machine, and is heated/cooled by a split system and ceiling fan. There is also a panel heater in the separate bedroom, which has a Queen Bed. The bathroom is also very spacious and has a spa bath with a shower over it.
Cottage 3
Cottage 3 is designed to accommodate guests with mobility issue and offers wheelchair access, a modified bathroom and all interior items designed for ease of use. Centrally located, it offers all the features of the other cottages including full kitchen facilities, heat/cooling and a veranda to enjoy the views. The main bedroom has a Queen Bed and the 2nd bedroom has 3 x Single Beds.
Cottage 4
This 2 bedroom cottage is heated/cooled by a split system, with extra panel heaters in the bedrooms, The Kitchen/Living area has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The spacious bathroom has a spa bath and self catering is easy in the fully equipped kitchen. The Main bedroom has a Queen Bed and the 2nd bedroom a Queen plus a Single Bed
Cottage 5
Cottage 5 has an updated kitchen and bathroom , but still has all the features of the other cottages. It is spacious and has heating/cooling to all rooms, including ceiling fans in the bedrooms. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need for self catering, including a coffee pod machine. The Main bedroom has a Queen Bed and the 2nd bedroom a Queen plus a Single bed.

Yes we do welcome overnight stays for when you want something just that bit bigger than a Motel room .The Avoca Cottages are nestled in nature in the heart of the Pyrenees Wine Region and offer a quiet relaxing getaway, overlooking a picturesque countryside view of River Red Gums and the local golf course, only 2 hours drive from Melbourne. Set back from the main street, but only a 500m walk away, the property is very peaceful and abounds with native bird life.
There are 5 spacious, well appointed cottages, set on a fully manicured quarter acre site. The view from the elevated deck, of the golf course and river, is one that should not be missed.
